There is a Natural Alterative to Vaccination
Reactions to vaccines are a common occurrence.
The biggest advantage of oral nosodes over vaccines is the fact that they are completely safe.
There are no risks or side-effects whatsoever. Nosodes can be safely given to puppies and kittens much earlier than vaccines can.
In fact, the mother can be treated before she gives birth, giving the puppies or kittens protection from the moment they are born.
These animal nosodes have a much broader healing protection available than of vaccines. For example the following animal oral nosodes available to use are:
Corona Virus Oral Nosode Lymes Oral Nosode Equine Oral Nosodes Calici Oral Nosodes Rhinotracheititis Oral Nosodes Chlamydia Oral Nosodes West Nile Virus Oral Nosode Leptospirosis Oral Nosode Cryptococcosis Oral Nosode Toxoplasmosis Gondi Oral Nosode Tick Fever Oral Nosode Rabbit Myxo Oral Nosode Combination of the Canine Oral Nosode Viruss Combination of the Feline Oral Nosode Viruss (for Example. FIP, FelV, and Feline Aids Oral Nosodes)
Nosodes, like all homeopathic remedies, are very easy to administer. They are given by mouth or directly onto the body, without the need to be swallowed nor injected. They are also very economical - far less expensive, in fact, than vaccination.
Limitations of Nosodes
There are some limitations to the use of nosodes. In the USA, Rabies vaccination for dogs is required by law in most counties, (although not a requirement in Australia) and the Rabies nosode, called Lyssin, will not satisfy that requirement by law. However, using this nosode is an effective alternative. Never give the Rabies vaccine at the same time as any other vaccine.
You should know, however, for the health of your animal, that all vaccines, including Rabies, are legally and medically approved for use in ONLY very healthy animals. Many dogs and cats who have a history of abuse, stress, are elderly and/or have chronic illness, are also at huge risk of not being able to cope with virus vaccinations, due to their damaged or weakened immune system. If your dog is showing any signs of acute or chronic disease, he/she is exempt from that requirement and should not be vaccinated.
Avoid modified live virus vaccines whenever possible. Get killed virus vaccines, especially for Rabies (if you live in the USA ), canine Parvo virus, and the Feline Panleukopenia. The canine Distemper/Hepatitis vaccine is not available in a killed virus form.
One vaccine shot will provide a lifetime of antibodies in your pet's body.
If you have been led to believe otherwise, you can ask to have your dog or cat tested for immune antibodies using a Titre test (Titre antibodies immunity test). If your vet gives any reasons for not wanting to do a blood test, then ask him to refer you to a Vet who is willing to co-operate and accommodate your request.
Some people begin testing their pets every three to five years, until eventually they realise that the pet is fully covered - no matter how many years down the track since their very first one-off vaccination given when the pet was young.
Therapeutic Uses
In addition to helping prevent specific viral diseases with prophylactic use, nosodes can be used even after exposure to a virus has taken place. If given immediately after exposure, before symptoms develop, these nosodes can effectively prevent the development of clinical disease in many cases.
Viral diseases such a Feline Leukemia, Feline Infectious Peritonitis, Canine Distemper and Parvo are usually incurable with conventional medical treatments such as antibiotics and steroids, etc., however, animals frequently respond very quickly and favourably to homeopathic treatment and vitamin C ( pure calcium ascorbate acid powder or injectable vitamin c) providing natural treatment and support is started as soon as possible.
If your pet shows any symptoms of illness, specific and individualised homeopathic treatment will be needed in conjunction with injectable vitamin C, three times daily, while in clinic.
Due to the potential seriousness of these conditions, you should seek holistic professional help immediately.
Suggested Books to Read
In his book, The Nature of Animal Healing, Martin Goldstein, DVM, describes cats in his veterinary practice who have been vaccinated.
This is frightening news for many cat owners who religiously have their cats vaccinated every year for feline leukaemia. I began seeing cats with immuno-suppression diseases whose medical histories bore a depressing similarity: many had been given the leukaemia vaccine in the recent past. (18) Dr. Goldstein also observed increasing numbers of young cats with stomach and kidney cancers. Before veterinarians began using FeLV vaccinations, he rarely saw any cases like this.
Dr. Goldstein DVM is also suspicious of the sharply higher incidents of feline peritonitis in cats three or four weeks after they had been given a FeLV vaccination, something he had not seen prior to the spring of 1985 when this vaccine became available. In The Nature of Animal Healing, Dr. Goldstein refers to recent cases that Dr. Jean Dodds DVM studied that suggest the FeLV vaccine occasionally provokes another feline disease, infectious peritonitis by compromising a cats immune system and thus rendering her more susceptible to it.(19) Infectious peritonitis causes fluid to accumulate in the abdomen and/or chest. Other symptoms of infectious peritonitis include signs of kidney and liver failure, amenia, weight loss, and vomiting and diarrhoea, which can make it difficult for the veterinarian to diagnose feline peritonitis. Infectious peritonitis has a high fatality rate.
Since the deaths of her much-loved pets, Oliver and Prudence, O Driscoll no longer has her pets vaccinated. Instead, she has yearly titer tests performed to determine a dog's level of immunity. She is also a strong proponent of using homeopathic nosodes instead of vaccinations. (Titer tests and oral nosodes are explained later in this chapter.)
Dr.Day DVM …what he thought might have caused it. He explained that he often sees animals becoming sick or dying within three months of their vaccine shot, and rear-end paralysis was a common post-vaccination problem. Dr. Day also noted that when the start date of an illness is known, 80 percent of the dogs he sees in his veterinarian practice first become ill within three months of a vaccine.
