EASY HOMEOPATHIC ANIMAL APPLICATION:  Apply (clear liquid) 3 to 4 drops onto body ie top of head or back, (not orally). Once condition has improved, if pet is drinking water most days then instead of putting drops on body can stir in a dose to filtered water bowl, every time you change it a few times a week.

HUMANS:  take one dose ( 2 pills dissolve or stir in pills or drops to 1/4 cup of filered water and sip)  
Repeat a dose - three to four times each day initially, then upon improvement  can then reduce to once or twice a day for a little longer. 

NB.  It is not the amount taken each time, but rather the frequency and less time given between each dose that is important for faster relief.
