If your cat (more commonly) horse or dog can be prone to this disorder of crystal (eg Struvite stones)  building up causing severe or chronic blockage, this remedy is good for you. It will quickly help relieve spasm of the urethra, which helps pass larger stones through the urethra and balance energy in Urinary Bladder, Kidney, Liver, and Urethra, enabling the release of urine.

We also need to rebalance the system to a more acidic one ( an acidic system breaks down crystals naturally) using a natural supplement (not artifically with chemical foods ie Hills special diet etc).  Using a pinch of an acidic type of Vitamin C called  Ascorbic Acid  vitamin powder in daily meals for a few months will help correct this.  Sometimes a repeat every few months for a couple of weeks will help also prevent a chronic inbalance.  Dogs need a more neutral ph/alkaline system, whereas cats need a more acidic system to be healthy, therefore we see this condition more often in cats than dogs. As this causes kidney disease if contidition stays chronic and undetected.

You must remember that the lower the pH the more acidic urine is produces. If the pH level is not in this range then it can lead to the growth of magnesium ammonium phosphate crystals. If the pH is lower than 6.0 the calcium oxalate crystals are formed. So high urine acidity lowers the chances of struvite crystal formation where as lower urine acidity means lower the chance of calcium oxalate crystals. You can get urine pH test strip from ordering on-line from a supplier of these.     NB.  Humans and canines need to more more alkaline than cats. However, out stomach acid needs to be as high as 2.

If your pet is still unable to urinate fully after 18 - 20 hours of using repeated dosing of this remedy, please take your pet to the Hospital immediately - emergency surgery may be needed to insert a cantheter to realease urine.  However so far when using these formulas full blockages can be cleared, naturally without the need for surgical intervention.

Has your cat already been through a "urinary catheter" procedure? 
This type of surgery is done to clear obstruction of the urinary tract.   It does not prevent Feline Lower Urinary Tract Disease. There Different Types Of Bladder Stones
The two most common types are Struvite Crystals (or stones) and Calcium Oxalate crystals (stones).
It’s really important to find out what kind of bladder stone your dog has because treatments are entirely different. The easiest way to do this is to analyze a stone, so if your dog passes one, be sure to save it.

It’s still possible to determine what kind of stone it is, even if you don’t have one, by having a urinalysis and a dog or cat urine culture done.
