Animals with symptoms of Instestinal conditions, can be diagnosded with names of having  Colitis (or ulcerative Colitis), Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBS, IBD), Spastic Colon (spams of the stomach/colon) which are all or most often brought on or made worse from any type of stress or stressful events, over use or sensitive to chemicals (ie vaccines, wormers, heartworm, etc)  and most often seen with pets diagnosed with Lupus (an immune disorder).  
Some animals are more sensitive to others and are prone to digestive disorders and inflammations, due to weakened immune system from prolong stress - allowing intestinal parasites and bacteria like giardia and campylobacter. Colitis, IBS and spastic colon or general inflammation of the colon (large intestine) causes diarrhoea in dogs and cats.

Instructions
Make up a mixture: Add a little cold water to make a smooth paste.  Then boil the kettle and add half or ¼ cup of hot water, stir well and then let cool before giving some to pet. 
SMALL ANIMALS – ½ teaspoon of slippery elm powder into of approx ¼ cup of filtered water.  (for cats - instead of using filtered water, use pink salmon juice and some filtered water) 
LARGER ANIMALS – Add 2 teaspoons of slippery elm powder to approx. 1 cup of fluids

Suggested Dosage amount:    
CAT/TOY dog /small species: gently & slowly squirt at the side of mouth 1 ml. Or  add a teaspoon to meals.
Larger pets (DOGS, HORSE, CALF, FOAL ETC)  Give APPROX. 20ml – 50ml  or add to some food.
