If ongoing and chronic constipation - where possible, colon muscle are weak or damage from long term stool build up and impaction.   Refer to: AN200  MegaColon formula  (for chronic constipation).  Often a bad breath is noticed, but not every time. Due to poor digestive system. Dry flat looking fur.  Pets with kidney and liver issues also get constipated as well.

Chronic:   A dose ( 3 to 4 drops on body/skin) twice daily or add to meals.
Times of difficult in expelling:  give frequent dosing for exampel give 4 treatment doses, each dose given 15 mins apart each time.  Repeat following day if needed.   

Always add fibre to every meal i.e. (Product AN118) Slippery Elm powder mixed with 90% of water and add a teaspoon to for small dog or cat to meals three times a week. 1 tablespoon for larger pets. and/or mashed cooked pumpkin mixed in raw or cooked meat meals.

Example Instructions using Slippery Elm Powder:    * also buy from health food store

Small animals    (cats/toy dog, rabbits etc)   sprinkle powder into a tablespoon of filtered water or (pink salmon juice for cats) Add a teaspoon to every meal given, until uclers, inflammations or diarrhea stops.
*For chronic constipation add half the dose once or 4 times a day in meals.
Med/lge animals (dogs, horse, farm animals)  sprinkle powder in a cup of filtered water enough to make a very runny liquid mix.  Then oral syringe (without the needle) in side of mouth or in some food.  (ie 20ml dogs, horse or farm animal 50ml)  * For chronic constipation add half the dose once or 4 times a day in meals.

If mixture gets too thick or gluggy continue to add more fluids to mixture to keep a runny mixture. Repeat oral dosing every 2 to 3 hours  -   if "acute" scouring  "diarrhea".   Usually healing is seen within 10 hours. Full repair may take 3 to 4 days.  * For chronic constipation add half the dose once or 4 times a day in meals.

If stress and discomfort is seen due to constipation and still no movement after a day, give an natural enema.
