Wholesale Terms of Service

Orders:
Order online for fast and efficient service. No minimum order.

New Accounts:
This wholesale Terms of Service must be acknowledged. You will be notified via email once account has been approved.

Payments:
We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, PayPal, Direct Debit, checks (Australia only) and money orders. You will be required to supply the 3-digit security code on the back of your credit card or 4 digit security codes on the front of your card, if ordering by credit card.
Payments made via check or money order will not be shipped until the check has cleared.
Average time for a check to clear is 3 business days.

Shipping:
All Australian orders get shipped by Express Post, or pick-up from clinic.
All P.O. addresses within Australia will be shipped by Australia Post.

International orders can be shipped by Standard Air Mail or ECI express. We are not responsible for delayed time by customs or customs fees and charges. Please contact your local postal office or Customs. Any orders returned to us will be refunded minus the shipping and handling fees as well as any other fees associated with the return. Wholesale orders are subject to the same shipping policies as other orders. See hampl.com.au shipping policies.

Returns and Refunds:
In most cases, wholesale items are not refundable except for manufacturer's defect. We suggest making your own return policy as we will not be responsible for your customer's returns for any reason other than manufacturer defect. Please do not have your customers contact us directly. In some cases we will accept returns within 30 days from the wholesaler. Call +61 8 6162 9380 for any wholesale return inquiries. Merchandise must be unopened and in saleable condition. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling fees of original purchase if not defective as well as returned shipping. Items returned for any reason other than our error or manufacturer's defect will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Claims:
Please send photos to wholesale@hampl.com.au for review. Please do not return any damage or defective item without return instructions or authorization. We will inspect what you have submitted and handle it accordingly.

Order Cancellation:
For any order cancellation after the items have been shipped out, the wholesaler will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Photo and Permission to use hampl™
Purpose: Permission request for use of hampl™ product, photos, product description etc online for use in the sale of product. purchased at wholesale rates from hampl™. If you are a wholesale customer of hampl™ and have an online site, you need permission from hampl™ to publish any photographs, product descriptions or artwork. Hampl™ products are original designs and subject to copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws. If you place items for sale on your site, you may only do so with permission and under the following guidelines: - Photos must not be taken of product without approval. Photographs from our site may be used with permission. - Product descriptions must closely match the hampl™ product descriptions, including any ownership rights. - Product and descriptions must clearly state that is is a hampl™ product. - Pre-approval for product and descriptions must be submitted prior to posting information online. - You may not let other sites use our photos, descriptions, etc. (ex: drop ship, affiliate program, etc). Approval to use our product online is for your store only.

PPC Advertising:
You will not be able to use Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising to advertise products you buy from us at wholesale prices. PPC is an internet advertising model used on websites, where advertisers pay their host only when their ad is clicked. Any wholesaler found in noncompliance is subject to lose their wholesale account.

Retail Pricing:
hampl™ requires the wholesaler to use Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) pricing. Minimum Advertised Price (MAP Pricing) is the practice whereby a manufacturer and its distributors agree that the latter's resellers will advertise the former's product at certain prices, at or above a price floor (minimum advertised price). Any wholesaler found in non- compliance is subject to lose their wholesale account. Wholesaler cannot advertise pricing below the minimum set MAP pricing; this includes any discounts. MAP pricing is provided along with wholesale pricing.
