Dandelion Root and St Marys Thistle are known as the liver and kidney tonic.
St Marys in particular is liver-protecting and liver-repairing. It has functions are due to two main actions: antioxidant and protein-restoring activities. Silymarin also stimulates protein synthesis so that new liver cells can grow and damaged liver cells can be replaced.  Milk Thistle extract improves liver dysfunction in patients with acute and chronic hepatitis A, B and C, chronic alcoholic liver disease and fatty liver caused by chemical toxin damage. Often used for Liver and gallbladder disease, including hepatitis, cirrhosis, gallstones and fatty liver. 
Tumeric  is a liver protector, treats liver congestion, jaundice, and is often used to treat chronic Hepatitis. Turmeric increases the production of bile and improves gall bladder function; its effects are normalizing, mild and long-lasting. Taken in medicinal doses, it can be used to help flush the gall bladder of stones and sediment. 
We have also included hampl's homeopathic liver detox and regeneration combination formula.

This herbal tonic is more suitable for canines and equines.   ie must be diluted in food and given orally.

EASY HERBAL ANIMAL APPLICATION:  Add herbal drops (brown liquid)  to some strong smelling tasty food. ( i.e.  mash up some sardines for canines or mix in approx.a teaspoon of pink salmon for felines (human grade tin of sardines). But not use this food as their main meals otherwise they will get tired of the taste.
