These are some of the questions I had upon starting this natural meds. Both the homeopathic pellets (2) and the liquid (8 drops). I put them into syringes mixed with bottle water and shot it into Panthers (my kitty) mouth once in the morning and both again in the evening. I gave them before breakfast and before dinner. If the herbal liquid (brown liquid) is not diluted enough your cat may throw up. This happened to me twice. I diluted it enough that I had at least 3 syringes of the diluted herbal, and only 1 syringe of the pellets, not filled. (he never had a problem with this one).
However, I did not read instructions correctly, as it did state that the herbs must be diluted in meals or some food and then offered. The homeopathic meds are on the outide of the pellet. I would give this one after the herbal remedy. We started with a stone the size of a marble and after 2 months IT\'S COMPLETLY GONE!
