Express shipping orders are traceable.

We ship internationally using Australia Post services. However, Australia Post do uses private contractors in certain countries apart from your own national courier. For example, in certain countries, the Express shipping might be carried by FedEx or UPS, even though we do not have any contract agreement with them.

Normal shipping:
We can only offer normal airmail shipping (with insurance) to selected countries. Not all countries accepts normal airmail to be insured thus not offering any traceable service. You will find this option when checking out your order.

Please allow 10 - 14 working days for delivery. (Remote areas will take longer time)

We cannot guarantee delivery via normal airmail nor within the time estimated above.

StarTrack Express

We generally ship our products all over Australia outside Perth Metropolitan area using StarTrack Express service. They offer fast and reliable service to most areas in Australia. Normally, they will deliver within the next business day but in certain areas, delivery might incur extra time.

HOWEVER, STARTRACK EXPRESS ONLY DELIVER TO PHYSICAL ADDRESSES. NO DELIVERY TO PO BOX AND GPO BOX, LOCKED BAG, REMOTE MAIL BOX (RMB) OR POST OFFICE ADDRESS.

For the areas and addresses above, we ship our products either using Australia Post standard parcel delivery service or Express Post (for areas outside 1 - 2 business days delivery within Perth surrounding suburbs).
